Ronald H. McRae,
Founder & CEO, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a
Graduate degree in Public Administration. He has over 35 years of
experience in real estate investment and development throughout
Canada and much of the United States.
Robert Shaw,
President, holds an Undergraduate degree in Business and a Law
degree. He practiced law in Arizona for over 25 years, with emphasis
on representation of a multi-national client base in major real
estate, finance and other transactions.
Duncan Edmonds,
Chairman, has served on the Boards of several major companies in
Canada and the United States and is also a former
Visiting
Professor and Chairman of Canadian Studies at Yale University. He
provides the McRae Group with the benefit of extensive experience in
business, government and academic life.
Mary
Watkins,
Administrative Vice President, has varied experience in office
management. She is responsible for overseeing office operations,
personnel matters, and coordination of the due diligence and other
activities required for successful real estate transactions.
Legal
Division
Dougal Reeves,
Corporate Counsel, has practiced law in Scottsdale, Arizona for over
30 years, serving as President of the Scottsdale Bar Association and
representing numerous businesses of varying sizes with different
real estate involvement. He also has an Arizona Real Estate
Broker's license. His business and real estate background and
experience bring a unique perspective to the McRae Group.
Financial
Division
David
Gund,
Chief Financial Officer, is a Certified Public Accountant with a
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Business
Administration. Dave has over 26 years'
managerial experience in the real estate industry, including 12
years with CB Richard Ellis and 12 years as a CFO and/or Controller
with commercial development companies, with extensive experience
in various facets of financial management, operations, technology
and project implementation.
