Recessions
I have personally worked through

recessions and each has followed a distinct pattern. Many lose
their equity and sadly lament it while others are the beneficiaries. We
are facing an economic crisis, the most painful since World War II.

per lot a few short years ago, can now be purchased for $3-6k per lot. In
